Christmas Decor for Pre K
These preschool Christmas crafts are perfect for planning art and craft activities for December!
There's no denying that one of the most magical times to make preschool arts and crafts is around Christmas time. From paper plate wreaths, fun snowmen, delightful gingerbread men and houses, sparkly snowflakes, gorgeous Christmas tree art, and homemade ornaments, there's just so much to choose from! Just make sure to tune into some perfect Christmas songs for kids in the background.
The key to great Christmas crafts for preschool is to know what you're getting into! Some Christmas crafts can be a lot of work on the adult. I always try to find preschool crafts that are less work for us and more fun for the children. I'll make sure to point out the Christmas crafts that are more work and also give ways to make it more open-ended and kid-friendly.
If you are planning a Christmas preschool theme, here is a great Christmas lesson plan from our friends at Preschool Teacher 101.
